Quality Assurance

NPU's quality assurance policy of "offering products and services that will satisfy the needs of our customers" applies to all the products we manufacture and sell. All materials must go through inspection and approval at the R&D stage before being developed into commercial products. We also provide the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and the Yellow Card, containing safety information and emergency contingency for logistics personnel.

Quality Action Guidelines

  1. In meeting the expectations of our customers, we will satisfy our customers' requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. We will undertake the following in order to promote the ongoing improvement and appropriate operation and management of our quality management systems.
    1. Engage in research and development in line with requirements;
    2. Prevent reoccurrences of non-conformities or claims;
    3. Engage in delivery deadline management;
    4. Manage inventories appropriately;
    5. Improve quality through cooperation with suppliers;
    6. Improve quality control capabilities through education and training.
