In recent years, there has been ever-growing demand for technological innovation that can meet the increasing demand for advanced functionality in polyurethane applications, and can cater to recent safety consciousness. There has also come to be an awareness on an international scale of global environmental protection being one of the most important issues we face.
At NPU, as a pioneering force carving out a new era in polyurethane chemicals, we are working on promptly addressing these issues by pursuing the unlimited potential of polyurethane, and in doing so, will cater to global needs and thereby make our contribution to society.

Worldwide Technological Collaboration

In addition to concentrating our own efforts on the development of proprietary technologies, NPU continues to support the advancement of polyurethane technology on a global basis, and has entered into a variety of joint development projects with many companies and institutions, both in Japan and overseas. In 1978, NPU also exported its technology to China. NPU's ultimate mission is to utilize its technology for the happiness and benefit of customers and community throughout the world.
